KRAKOW, POLAND - So after nearly 24 hours of travel, my family and I landing in Krakow on the 16th of August. I expected the city to be beautiful, but I didn’t expect such a wonderful and welcoming atmosphere. The Polish people are SO friendly and despite a significant language barrier, try their best to welcome you to their country. The people in Krakow are proud of their city, and they should be. It is absolutely gorgeous and it feels like you’re stumbling onto something new and exciting around every corner. The food is great, permitted you’re willing to gamble a bit and go to a place without an English menu. You can get a drink anywhere and anytime, 24/7 convenience stores sell hard A behind the counter and the snacks are delicious. Downtown Krakow is a pretty happening place any night of the week, so it’s easy to socialize and seems like a very hip scene. In short, I loved Krakow and really look forward to making it back some day. Thanks for being so awesome, Poland.
